Go-to-Market Consultant for
Sprockit Startup Consortium
As a Go-To-Market (GTM) consultant for technology startups, I collaborated closely with Sprockit, playing a key role in positioning these startups to develop strategic partnerships with major technology firms like NewsCorp, Google, Comcast, NBCU, Samsung, among others. My focus was on refining their market entry strategies, aligning their offerings with the needs of these large partners, and facilitating connections that would drive their growth and innovation in the tech industry.
TWC National Divisions (now Spectrum)
Worked with TWC National Divisions to build strategy for call center centralization initiative. Conceptualized, designed and authored CS Profiler™, first-ever online competency-assessment tool for broadband products & services, which allows defined and tested job clustered competencies and allowed users to build assessment around specific job descriptions. This web-based tool served as a prototype for a later retail product offering. I personally facilitated the discussions to identify core competencies, documented those competencies, created assessment questions and worked with the web team to build and automate this tool.
Call Center Consolidation
Prosci
As a Principal Change Advisor at Prosci's Change Management Advisory Practice, I was deeply involved in several organization-wide transformation projects. These included significant work with Harbor Freight, Bimbo Bakery USA, and Johnsonville. In each project, we applied Prosci's change management methodology to virtually the entire organization. My role was crucial in not only implementing effective change strategies but also in coaching internal teams. This approach was instrumental in developing and embedding change management competencies within each organization, ensuring a sustainable and integrated approach to transformation.

Competency Testing & Training Curriculum
I successfully developed and piloted a competency-based assessment tool with Time Warner Cable National. This tool was instrumental in identifying the core competencies of both existing and new employees in various cable broadband roles. Alongside, I created a corresponding training curriculum that addressed competency gaps. The system was designed to recommend a tailored approach to role-based online training, significantly reducing onboarding time and efficiently matching individuals to suitable roles. This was especially beneficial in reorganization scenarios, allowing the organization to optimally retain and reallocate its workforce to roles where they would be most effective.

As a senior advisor at Comcast, I was instrumental in guiding robust and agile change management strategies, with a focus on technological, organizational, and leadership development. As Executive Director of Consumer & Strategic Programs at TPX, I led initiatives to enhance decision-making and build cross-functional consensus. At Comcast Labs, I oversaw program and business operations, driving forward emerging technology projects. During my tenure in Strategic Development, I developed and led strategies for new product incubation, playing a key role in product development, program management, and talent nurturing, significantly contributing to the organization's innovation and growth.

Sales Training Development & Implementation
Conceptualized, designed and co-authored AcSELLeration Series™, an e-learning sales workforce development training program for advanced broadband products, including data, voice and video. Piloted at Comcast Communications, marketed through Jones Learning International.
Road Runner / Time Warner Cable
Change Management & Product Launch
Designed & managed operational rollout change management and workforce development strategy for Road Runner high-speed product launches, which resulted in over 52 high-speed Internet rollouts over a span of 4 years. As rapid-deployment ramped-up, rollout strategy was revised and then later modified to accommodate Voice-Over-IP new product rollout in 52 locations nationwide.

Worked on two major initiatives with Convergys’ corporate call center team, including a project that developed over 100 desktop tutorials to support technical support consultants during trouble calls, as well as developing and launching a major online sales training initiative. Also personally worked with call center managers & supervisors to develop their monitoring & coaching skills.
